柔佛古来万富山庄为南马首间墓园，历史悠久，雄踞100英亩之合法风景墓园永久地契，为柔佛首间完全根据法律章程来经营之自然风景墓园。本山庄拥有中央政府之贸消部批准之销售风景墓园执照，及古来地方议会批准之营业执照。为了确保墓园的持续及保障执照持有者的利益，大众信托公司参与了信托基金计划，执照持有者所缴付的10%-15%之持续基金由托管者存放于银行存款户头。

Perpetual Memorial Park pioneered the concept of a memorial park in Johor back in the early ‘90s and complies fully with all Federal & State Laws. We are also approved by the Federal Government in Johor State and have the official approval by the Land Office for a private memorial park. We are also regulated by the CCM and stress on continuity for the park. In fact, 10%-15% from the sale price goes towards a continuity fund managed by the trustees to ensure continued support for the park in future. 万富山庄的标志原自于大自然之灵石与流水，标志外形宛如灵石，灵石下方 乃是流水之形象。 也具有八卦中《坤》的意思，象征大地之母，是地气舒展的形象。大地温顺敦厚，深藏不露，有著宽广的胸怀和无私的精神。

The logo of Perpetual Memorial Park symbolizes the natural surroundings of its undulating terrain, large boulders, calm flowing streams and beautifully landscaped areas. The organic form of the logo signifies its roots of earth and large boulders which are found in abundance here. These are elements which are ideal for burial grounds as the benefits will be enjoyed by future generations to come.
The six short strokes across the logo represents the Tao character for “kun” from the Chinese Ba Gua, which means Mother Earth. Mother is the origin of life.
