柔佛古来万富山庄为南马首间墓园，历史悠久，雄踞100英亩之合法风景墓园永久地契，为柔佛首间完全根据法律章程来经营之自然风景墓园。本山庄拥有中央政府之贸消部批准之销售风景墓园执照，及古来地方议会批准之营业执照。为了确保墓园的持续及保障执照持有者的利益，大众信托公司参与了信托基金计划，执照持有者所缴付的10%-15%之持续基金由托管者存放于银行存款户头。

Perpetual Memorial Park pioneered the concept of a memorial park in Johor back in the early ‘90s and complies fully with all Federal & State Laws. We are also approved by the Federal Government in Johor State and have the official approval by the Land Office for a private memorial park. We are also regulated by the CCM and stress on continuity for the park. In fact, 10%-15% from the sale price goes towards a continuity fund managed by the trustees to ensure continued support for the park in future.
